Payment & Safety Information:
Pure Radiance Natural Skin Care offers anti aging products that are listed in Canadian currency. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), debit cards, and bank transfers through PayPal. Our Payment address is info@pureradiance.ca
All transactions are completed through our SSL Secured Shop. This includes: password protected directories and databases to safeguard your information, SSL (Secure Sockets Layered) technology to ensure that your information is fully encrypted and sent across the Internet securely or PCI Scanning to actively protect our servers from hackers and other vulnerabilities.
We use a secured server and payment processor. Paypal has the right to reject any transaction if information was not able to be verified. This is another security feature and PayPal does this to protect you from someone else using your card and having items shipped to them under their address. **When paying using a credit card, please note that "billing" information address is the same address as to where you originally obtained the card. If you enter a different address other than the one where the card was obtained, your card will be rejected. **If you are changing the address to have the item shipped elsewhere, please specify this under the "special instructions section" upon checkout, rather than under the billing information. If there are additional costs associated due to a change in location, your invoice will be adjusted accordingly.
No PayPal account? No problem!
You can shop with your debit or credit card as a guest of PayPal, even if you don't have an account. All transactions are safe and secure.
Shipping & Delivery
Pure Radiance Natural Skin Care ships anti aging beauty products worldwide! Delivery is estimated between 4-11 business days to Canada and the United States, with International orders being 4-6 weeks. Upgraded services bring estimated International Shipping down to 6-10 business days.
Some of our customers are pleased with standard shipping, some prefer expedited services at an additional cost, and others prefer to order multiple product quantities allowing them to order less frequently and receive our combined shipping discount. Regardless, whatever your individual needs are, we respect those needs and ensure they are met to the best of our ability. Our shipping rates are based on Canada Post Regular Parcel Canada, Small Packet Surface U.S and Small Packet Ground International. Please note that Pure Radiance does not set the rates; our provider does and it is based on size/weight/location.
If you would like to request any additional insurance (loss/damage) or upgraded shipping services to decrease delivery time, please use the form on our contact page. We will gladly add any service or coverage as per your request so long as your item has not left our premises. Any cost associated will be invoiced separately via Paypal. We will then provide you with a tracking number. Once shipped, you may track your item here: tracking
We ensure that all items are carefully packaged and thoroughly inspected. Once the item(s) have been turned over to Canada Post, we turn responsibility over to them. Your items will be shipped to the address you entered on the payment screen.
To ensure proper delivery please make sure you have included your full address with postal/zip code, apartment and buzzer number (if applicable), phone number and any additional instructions i.e. use side door on your invoice during Paypal check out.**If you would like your items to be shipped to a different address, please specify this under special instructions. If there are additional costs associated with the location, your invoice will be adjusted accordingly.
Shipping is a reasonable priced and increases modestly with each additional purchase. You will always save on shipping costs when purchasing items in quantities of 2 or more using our combined shipping schedule.
